When Kerala's cassava meets Andhra's gunpowder podi — a spice mix of lentils, chillies and sesame — something special happens. Two southern states that don't agree on much, but agree on this.

Tapioca chips have been a Kerala staple forever. We kept the crunch and added a generous dusting of gunpowder podi that brings heat, nuttiness, and a reason to keep reaching into the pack.

No onion. No garlic. This is experimental within the South — not fusion with the outside.

Ingredients: Tapioca, Refined Palmolein Oil, Salt and Seasoning (Gram Dal, Chilli, Black Pepper, Sesame, Cumin, Asafoetida).

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Storage: Store in a dry, hygienic place at ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight. Country of origin: India.
