Banana Chips

There's a reason Kerala's Nendran banana is called the gold standard of plantains — thicker, starchier, and nothing like what you find at the corner shop.

We take Nendran bananas from Thrissur district, thin-slice them by hand, and fry them until they're crisp, naturally golden, and barely oily. Less than 10% oil — because great banana chips don't need to swim in it.

No preservatives. No artificial colour. Over 90% banana, and that's the whole point.
