Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu — a small temple town that happens to make the best filter coffee in India. We brew real Kumbakonam degree coffee and fold it into our chikki, with roasted cashews, raisins, sunflower seeds, amaranth (rajgira), and 100% pure jaggery.

This isn't your railway station peanut chikki. It's soft and crunchy — not a jawbreaker — loaded with dry fruit, and powered by jaggery instead of refined sugar. The OG Indian energy bar, before protein bars were a thing.
